 Disable PrintMotd option to avoid duplicate motd 
On Debian systems PAM is configured to print motd for ssh logins. If
not set, the sshd option defaults to "yes", so motd gets printed twice
on ssh logins. The default Debian sshd_config sets this option to "no"
to avoid this.
